4. What profit did you make? What costs did you have?
5. What were your top 5 products or services? Did your customer base grow & by how much?
6. What do you want to achieve in your business this year income & work wise?
7. What do you need to do & sell to achieve your new income & work goals? Create? Learn? Network? Research? Get help? List down the actions you need to take to reach your goals.
8. Now assign a date to achieving your goals. Break large goals down into smaller micro actions and schedule them all.
9. Take action & work on your goals to make your business success & growth happen
10. Review your goals, progress and plans on a regular basis to ensure you stay on track
