How do you display your to-do list or notes? In a diary or notebook? Collection of post it notes or perhaps something a little more decorative like my sweet sorbet top note memo board?
Using Stampin Up's top note die cut in Baked Brown sugar cardstock as the base card, I made an inner layer of sweet sorbet designer series paper to nestle inside the faux stitching line on the die cut.
The I strung some some sweet sorbet accessory pack pastel colour bakers twine several times across the die cut to make hanging lines which I popped some minipegs from the new spring/summer catalogues onto to hold the notes.
Some linen thread and a canvas heart added some dimension and I embellished with sweet sorbet paper punched shapes using the elegant butterfly punch, petite curly label punch, scallop square punch & boho blossoms punch.
A few hand rolled paper and ribbon flowers in the corner, some rhinestones, a simply pressed clay flower - then over to you for the note writing!
This little project would make a cute little gift or could be used to hold table place names, mini menus, chores, little love notes - whatever takes your fancy!
