10 days of easy & fun Halloween crafts - day 9 Witches Shoe

Are you ready for Halloween? The girls are on half term this week and we carved our pumpkins (all 5 of them!) with various degrees of mess, talent, noise & satisfaction with the end result - and that was just me!

Managed to fit in another sweet Halloween project amidst all this activity .. a papercrafted witches shoe ..

The template was from PaperCrafter Samplers; they currently have the shoe template & instructions along with many other wonderful Halloween projects on a fantastically priced bundle offer - check it out!

The rosette was handmade using my score board, overlaid with some silver glimmer paper I turned orange by colouring with my Pumpkin Pie stampin write marker and topped with a circular punch and Witches Brew designer series paper. The tag is the same as yesterday from the That's the Ticket stamp set & ticket builder duo punch.

You can see the pumpkin pie glimmer paper better here - I love the way the cobweb goes across the toe and around the heel area!

And of course, it wouldn't be a treat unless sweets made an appearance :)

So it's the big day itself tomorrow - are you decorating or trick & treating? The girls are really excited and will be dressing up in their bewitching finery hoping to fill their treat buckets to the brim :) Pop by tomorrow to take a look!

10 days of easy & fun Halloween crafts - day 8 creepy sweetie coffin box

Just two days to go until Halloween and today's fun creation is a creepy sweetie coffin box perfect to hold sweet treats!

I found the template at PaperCrafter Samplers - it was really quick & easy to print & cut out which is always a bonus!

I've used Witches Brew designer series paper combined with a label from the Simply Create Halloween banner accessories kit and a stamp from That' the Ticket punched out using the Duo ticket punch.

And to finish it off, filled with delicious chocolates :)

10 days of easy fun halloween craft ideas day 7 - Halloween wrapped chocolate bars

Halloween theme chocolate bar wraps - how about this for a spooky line-up? Easy to make, easy to give, easy on the purse - perfect :)

To  make the mummy, simply wrap a chocolate bar with whisper white card then cut strips of whisper white and wrap around the chocolate bar, secure with glue dots. Punch a 3/4" inch circle in white & a 1/2" circle in black. Glue together and on to chocolate mummy.

To make the pumpkin, wrap chocolate bar with pumpkin pie cardstock then punch 3 pumpkin pie ovals with the oval punch, sponge soft suede ink around the edges for definition. Punch 2 leaves from the bird builder punch in pear pizazz cardstock. Punch 2 whisper white 3/4" circles for eyes and two basic black 1/2" circles for pupils. Secure together and adhere to chocolate bar.

For Frankensteins monster wrap chocolate bar with pear pizzazz cardstock then cut a thick strip of basic black and cut a zig zag pattern across one edge. Adhere to pear pizazz cardstock. Punch eyes as before & draw face to suit.

For the owl, I used the top note bigz die for the base in chocolate chip card then use the scallop edge punch on daffodil delight and pumpkin pie card to make the ruffle feather edges. Punch eyes as before, I used half of the petite pennant punch with daffodil delight card for the beak.

If there's anything you'd like pop over to my online shop to order! Click below to shop online ..

Imagine the kids faces when they receive these! I'm quite fond of the Frankensteins monster bar - which is your favourite?

10 days of easy & fun Halloween craft ideas day 6 - halloween lolly holders with washi tape ribbon bows

These are seriously cute Halloween lolly holders and take about 3 minutes each to make - you'll definitely have time to make a few of these before Halloween!

Simply take a piece of paper (I've used Witches Brew designer series paper) cut it to about 6", mark the centre point then score 1/2" from the centre point on both sides. Fold up.

Pop lolly into the centre of the paper and fold paper around it gluing at the the top to the lolly stick. Punch 3 oval shapes in orange card (I've used Pumpkin Pie card) and sponge around the edges to add definition. Stick together with the centre oval overlapping the other two ovals. Add a face!

Take some washi tape (mine is Witches Brew washi tape) and fold it over on itself 3 times to make a thin, strong piece of tape. Tie as you would a ribbon around the top of the lolly.

If there's anything you'd like to create this project then simply click on the Online Shopping link below and shop! Don't forget the 25% of 25 stamp sets sale is on until Monday 28th October - some great bargains to be had!
