How to make perfect Stampin Up UK rosettes and pinwheels of any size tutorial

Ever wondered how to make perfect pinwheels & rosettes? Here's your answer complete with measurements for different sizes:)

The bright pinwheels & rosettes were used at my 3rd daughters recent fifth birthday celebrations as table decor and to jazz up the plates of food. and were much admired by the ten 4-5 year old guests :) But hands off - they are mine ;)

to make these cuties I used the forthcoming Sale-a-bration papers which you can choose for free if you place a £45 Stampin Up order between 28th January & 31st March 2014. 

I've also used some of the new bakers twine in the Accessory set - gorgeous ice cream shades of candy pink, lemon yellow & sky blue - perfect spring colours :)

The pinwheels are secured in the centres with a variety of delightfully coloured mini brads
