I used Stampin Up's simply star stamp set containing 4 cute little star stamps of varying sizes and patterns. A lick of Silver metallic encore pad ink, some silver stampin glitter embossed with a heat tool and linen thread to hang it from and we're all ready for the festivities in just 5 weeks time!
